Methods of payment
The available payment methods are as follows :

- PayPal
PayPal
PayPal is an online payment method that requires the opening of a PayPal account. If you choose this payment method, on the payment page click on “confirm” and you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you will have to enter your email address and the password of your PayPal account, in order to make the payment of your order. Each transaction carried out by this means of payment is subject to the sending of a confirmation e-mail by PayPal. Open a PayPal account now: http://www.paypal.fr
The actual debit of your PayPal account only occurs at the time of shipment of your goods. Metaxy s.r.l. confirms that it has entrusted the order to the carrier by sending an e-mail to the address indicated by the customer on the order form: only then is the amount debited from your PayPal account.
Credit card
For all credit card payments, it is mandatory to enter the code CVV2 otherwise the order will be cancelled. On Visa, Mastercard and Diners credit cards, the CVV2 corresponds to the last three digits on the back of the card. After entering your credit card data and CVV2 code, you may also be asked for an additional code or other specific data. This depends on each bank’s online payment card authorization procedure. In order to use your credit card for online payments or to find out which code to enter, please contact your bank directly.
As soon as you have entered your credit card data, your bank will receive a request for authorization to charge your credit card for the amount of your purchase. In some cases, banks signal this request for authorization to their customers by sending an SMS. Receiving such an SMS does NOT mean that your credit card has been charged, it simply means that the amount needed for your purchase has been blocked.

Metaxy s.r.l. uses the secure payment service of Nexi Payments s.p.a., equipped with the SSL protocol for secure exchanges. Metaxy s.r.l. does not have access to credit card data, for which only Nexi Payments is responsible, but it is informed of the identity of the cardholder, for reasons of identity control.
