Returns and exchanges of products
Items must be returned, within 7 days after receipt of the package, intact and complete in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
The shipping costs related to the return are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order for defective goods, the shipping costs of your new order are free of charge.
For b2b customers and according to the agreements in force, an RMA request must be made to the sales representative of your area or by email to : rma@cellularswiss.ch.
