MULTIPOWER TRIO PORT 65W is a solution designed for charging all devices compatible with 65W charging and below. The 65W USB-C port is compatible with Samsung’s Super Fast Charging 2.0; the 20W USB-C port and 18W USB-A port provide additional simultaneous charging options. It is equipped with GaN technology: this technology is based on gallium nitride, or GaN, a material recently used in charger semiconductors. The main advantage of gallium nitride, in reference to chargers, is that it produces less heat. The lower heat production allows components to be closer together, thus reducing the size of chargers.
