Payment methods
The available means of payment are as follows:

PayPal
PayPal is an online payment method that provides for the opening of a PayPal account. If you choose this method of payment, on the payment page click on “confirm” and you will be redirected to a page of the PayPal website where you will need to enter your e-mail address and the password of your PayPal account, in order to make the payment of your order. Each transaction made by this means of payment is subject to a confirmation e-mail by PayPal. Open a PayPal account now: https://www.paypal.com
The actual debit of your PayPal account occurs only at the time of shipment of your goods. Metaxy s.r.l confirms that it has entrusted the order to the carrier by sending an e-mail to the address indicated by the customer on his order form: it is only at this precise moment that the amount is debited from your PayPal account.
bank/credit card
The most common credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American ExpressPayment by credit card exempts you from paying any additional fee.
For all credit card payments, it is mandatory to enter the code CVV2 otherwise the order will be cancelled. On Visa, Mastercard and Diners credit cards, the CVV2 corresponds to the last three digits on the back of the card. After entering your credit card details and its CVV2 code, an additional code or other specific data may also be requested. This depends on the procedure for authorizing the use of online payment cards of each bank. To be able to use your credit card for online payments or to know the code to enter, please contact your bank directly.
As soon as you have entered your credit card details, your bank receives a request for authorization to debit your credit card corresponding to the amount of your purchase. In some cases, banks signal this authorization request to their customers by sending an SMS. Receipt of such an SMS DOES NOT MEAN the debit of your credit card, it simply signals the blocking of the amount needed for your purchase.
The actual debit of your credit card occurs only at the time of shipment of your goods.

Metaxy s.r.l. uses the secure payment service of Nexi Payments s.p.a., equipped with the SSL protocol to secure exchanges. Metaxy s.r.l. does not have access to credit card data, of which only Nexi Payments is charged, but it is informed of the identity of the cardholder, for reasons of identity control.
